What you get when you buy Drishti.

Drishti is coming soon. It isn't on sale yet. These are the terms it will be sold on. The other party to them is Polyglyph Analytica Ltd.

What you are buying

A licence to install and use Drishti. It is sold once, at the price shown at the checkout in your currency, with tax added where it applies. There is no subscription to us, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew updates.

• One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
• The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there.
• For as long as you like. The licence does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again.

Updates

A purchase includes twelve months of updates from the day you buy. After twelve months, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day, and new versions stop arriving. You can choose to renew for another twelve months. Nothing renews by itself.

What Drishti does not do

• It does not publish a report. It prepares reports for you. Publishing one is always yours.
• It does not read one person's pay. It works with totals.

It uses your own Claude subscription. Drishti is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Claude's own terms and usage limits apply to it. Drishti is not affiliated with Anthropic.

What you may not do

You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Drishti or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.

Refunds

Thirty days from purchase, in full, no questions. The refund policy has the whole of it.

No warranty

Drishti is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that its reports are free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.

Your data

Drishti runs on your computer and keeps your figures there. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
